Would you like to make a difference within the LGBT community of Leicester Leicestershire & Rutland. Help to challenge and change policies and procedures and help improve the lives of the people within the LGBT Community. Work with policy makers, the police and health to ensure services are equal and take into account the needs of our community. Leicester LGBT Centre is seeking a confident and experienced person to help shape and improve policies and services for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered people.
You`ll be involved in developing and refining the policies and procedures of local organisations, promoting good practice and challenging discrimination. You`ll also deliver training and expert briefings to people from a wide range of professions and backgrounds. This is an excellent opportunity to influence and take forward key issues on behalf of the LGBT community. 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
